i'm really interested in asking, "how can we feel deeply okay?"[1][1] in other words: how can we feel persistent self-love? how do we stop being anxious all the time? how can we feel peace and contentment as a default baseline?other synonyms: peace, meaning, connection, wholeness, beauty, equanimity, belonging, security, contentment, self-love, acceptance, okayness, unity, love
the good news is that this seems to be solvable!
- i really want more curious nerds to work on this problem, but it can be really confusing, so i'm writing some explainers.
